- Payment processors — transaction details required are shared only with authorized payment processors (such as TNG service providers, Maybank, or DuitNow) solely to complete MYR transactions.

- Technical service providers — third parties that assist with the platform's technical operations (such as cloud or security services) may have limited access to data, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.
